These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern sales made on the ZezeBijoux website.

3. PRICES

Prices are displayed in euros (€).  
VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

4. ORDERS

Any order placed on the website implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

ZezeBijoux reserves the right to cancel an order in case of a problem.

5. PAYMENT

Payment is secured via Shopify (bank card, etc.).

6. DELIVERY

Orders are prepared within 2 to 3 business days.  
Delivery times range from 2 to 4 business days depending on the carrier.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with the law, customers have 14 days after receiving their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Products must be returned unworn, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

8. REFUNDS

Refunds are processed within 7 days after receiving the returned product.

9. LIABILITY

ZezeBijoux cannot be held responsible for damages caused by improper use of the products.

10. PERSONAL DATA

The information collected is used solely for order processing and is never resold.

11. DISPUTES

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred.
